Real Life coaching offers competitive and realistic fees for both telephone and face-to-face coaching.

FREE Initial 30 minute telephone session to allow you to decide if coaching is for you.

1 hour telephone session ¹ 4 sessions booked in advance 1 hour face to face ² 4 sessions booked in advance

£50 £175 (save £25) £60 £210 (save £30)

¹ Calls at a local rate ² Plus travel at cost at a mutually convenient venue   This is backed up by on-line support between sessions. 8-12 sessions are recommended to establish and help you with setting and achieving your targets and maintaining the positive results.  One-off sessions are helpful if you have a particular problem or situation that you need help with.
