Me
I
have experienced the ups and downs of life – marriage, divorce, loss of a
loved one, promotion, redundancy, child custody, relationship breakdowns BUT
each time I have dusted myself down, picked myself up and revitalised my
life. Yes, it is possible!! It is because of my desire to help
others in similar positions that I have studied, qualified and
developed my skills as a Life Coach.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and have a recognised
professional coaching qualification.

My career has spanned 25+ years rising from salesman to travelling the world
as a UK Sales Manager, visiting the Middle East, Far East, Africa,
Australia and Europe. I qualified and set up my own successful recruitment
business.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy most sport, watching my son grow and develop,
the company of good friends, good conversation and a good glass of wine!
